Our two-storey H-shaped building is designed with a cottage, cozy feel. Individual suites are connected to three separate cottage kitchens and commons rooms. The suites all have beautiful views, including the surrounding countryside, our next-door neighbour, Lacalta Lodge, and our lovely sheltered courtyard.
At Golden Sands, we offer studio and one bedroom suites. The suites are built in a cottage-style configuration, with 12 to 16 suites grouped with a common dining and living room. All suites are furnished with a kitchenette, microwave, mini-fridge, walk-in shower, and patio and/or balcony.
At Golden Sands, we have suites for Independent Living, Supportive Living, and Memory Care residents. Residency for Memory Care and Supportive Living suites are based on an assessment and referrals by Alberta Health Services.
Independent Living suites are designed for seniors who can benefit from some support services but can continue a relatively independent lifestyle. Support services include a safe environment, meals, housekeeping, recreation, and healthcare partners. 1-bedroom suites starting at $2,530.
